He notes later that he is having some vision trouble. In the post-season, he visits the Hunting Hills shooting club to hunt quail, pheasant, and chukars. In each entry, he includes information on the time, weather, and location, as well as statistics on flushes and shots. He includes a table with hunt statistics for each location, as well as hunt numbers for himself, Kay, and Briar.
